Privacy & Confidentiality

How we protect the information you share with us.

Our commitment

Trust is at the heart of counselling. This notice explains what information this website collects, how we use it and how we protect the confidentiality of people who contact us.

Information we collect

We only collect what you choose to send through our contact and support-request forms: your name, contact details and your message. We do not ask for medical records or diagnoses through this website.

The site stores your language choice in a small cookie, uses a temporary session cookie to keep forms secure, and remembers your text-size preference in your own browser. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

The map on our contact page is provided by Google Maps, which may set its own cookies when it loads.

How we use it

Your details are used only to reply to you or to arrange the support you asked for. We never sell your information. We share it with another service — for example to make a referral — only with your permission.

Confidentiality in counselling

What you share with our counsellors is kept private. The only exceptions are when there is a serious risk to your life or someone else’s, or when the law requires it. Whenever possible, we will talk with you before sharing anything.

How long we keep it

Form submissions arrive as emails to our office. We keep them only as long as needed to respond and provide support, and then delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Contact us using the details below.
